Resolution: to blurblog more/again;
Prediction: Google's spring cleaning will doom Blogger;
Google's continual flux can be difficult to adapt to; SO I expect to migrate to WordPress which has lots of bells&whisles to get use to.
Now, at least, both offer apps for mobile/smartfone.

YAY! Welcome back. And good luck with wordpress- I both love it and hate it (blogger was definitely easier but wordpress is more customizable). But I think you are right, Google will likely throw out blogger eventually...
