Hibiscus w/mini-banana

My pruning of the hibiscus had prevented it from blooming this year 'til now.

Miniature nectarine & peach blooming in mid-March w/an olive, a new porch plant addition.  At this time, the peach dropped all of its fruit, but I may get one nectarine.

PostScript:  Late July I harvested my one & only nectarine -- it was a slick, fuzz-less peach, but not very sweet.

Mini-orchard w/dog

Miniature nectarine & peach and Gus, the Brittany. I intend to add more porch plants such as a miniature banana & an olive or fig or kiwi. Note that all my dogs are called Gus, but I only have one dog. Gus, the Hell-Hound, is "pushing-up" the Magnolia.

Tropical Hibiscus

Plenty of moisture in the air, but no rain - Reelfoot Lake is within a foot of its lowest recorded level.
